CLINICAL EXAMINATION -Pitting type of pedal edema -Elevated jvp -Early inspiratory crepts on right side. INVESTIGATIONS -USG : Moderate pleural effusion on  Rt side            Grade 1 fatty liver            Mild ascites -2D ECHO: EF-27 %
